Gives THE CLIENT control over their data. By uploading the posted payroll, we give you complete access to all your pay data. You can reprint any of the government reports, journal entries and pay slips that we have submitted, export your Employee Master File to Excel, generate Certificates of Employment and Contributions at a click of a button, view (company wide or specific employees) past payrolls, deductions, loans, time and attendance records, year-to-date data, income (taxable and non-taxable), payroll registers, over/under time, etc.
We will significantly reduce the amount of time and money spent on resources on your payroll processing.
Your HR team will be able to spend more time on their core functions, leaving the bulk of the payroll processing work to us. Under your current set-up, two employees spend not less than 4 to 5 days on pre- and post-payroll related activities. With PSPI as your business partner, all this work will be reduced to a total of 1 day.
