Our system is a result of many years of experience in developing and working with HR information and payroll systems. It was designed to be user-friendly, flexible in its ability to accommodate a single company’s multi pay rules, multi pay currencies and even multi employee locations without compromising on efficiency and accuracy, and with the capabilities that would allow HR/Finance to further improve its payroll service to employees with less work. Precisely, it is all these that gives us the distinct advantage over our competitors.
For Clients who’ve chosen to outsource their payroll to us, an enterprise version is installed at our sites and has the capability to process multi-companies. A client version is installed at your worksite which has been previously set-up or customized (if necessary) and populated with your pay data. It can be accessed and edited by as many employees that the company authorizes with the facility for specifying the scope and limitation of their authority though security passwords.
The client version is used to edit and enter updates such as new hires, separations, changes in tax status, rate rises, etc. as they occur as well as to transmit the data. Therefore, encoding errors and the misinterpretation of written instructions are completely eliminated.
Data exchange between THE CLIENT and PSPI is done via e-mail. The client version encrypts zips and downloads the file to be processed by the PSPI. Upon THE CLIENT’s approval of the payroll draft, PSPI posts the final payroll which is then uploaded into your system and THE CLIENT’s database is refreshed without purging or archiving any of the previous pay data. There is no limit as to length of data retention time. |
